Oak Pasture #1 - a Mausritter Zine

Oak Pasture #1 is a zine around a new hexmap region with new encounters, rumours, locations, factions, items, beasts, spells and five adventures with a weak reference to the different seasons for the Mausritter roleplaying game.

The Oak Pasture is home to the Cat Duchess Iris Sharpclaw, the bandit boss and raccoon Rascal and his band of thieves the Shadow Rats, the honorable Striped Templars who try to protect the Oak Pasture from great harm, and of course many mouse settlements. Adjacent, however, are the still largely unknown lands of the Countess of Damaska and the Garden of the Tower Queen.

It started with personal notes to get into the game and rules, but ended up being a project to work on and play with. I hope you enjoy it the same, I do.

What is the funding for?

This Zine was part of Zine Month 2022 and was released in February and funding also started in that month. Not all goals were reached, but an expansion of the map will happend and proofreading might be done at a later time, based on sales.

• REACHED 250 USD: Make Oak Pasture #2 happen and expand the region with an updated and expanded version of The Garden of the Spire Queen.
